why the action? Lake Shore Gold (LSG) just bought the Fenn-Gibb deposit from Barrick.

This property borders Richmond's highway 101 property. Check out the map at the bottom of the release. That area to the southwest that LSG doesn't own is Richmond's property. Lake Shore is talking about a half billion dollar project here. They are gonna have to make a play for Richmond if they want to open pit this deposit.
Richmond is getting good results from the 101 property. Just finished a second drill program in the last 24 months or so. Good historical results as well. They are all on Richmond's website.
