Tradesmo is probably right. Until (or if) the company sells enough to go cash flow positive, the company will have NO other choice but to continue to sell discounted shares into the market place--at an increasing rate because of the lower price AND those pesky anti-dilution provisions. I really cannot believe that no on here seems to understand how bad these are for all shareholders. It is a huge rock on the stock price.

But everyone is hoping for more memberships and more revenues--but they could get both and the reverse split will still be necessary because of the double whammy of the capital raises and non-dilution provisions.

But, hey, what do I know?
