It was done by QD a few weeks back as an "awareness campaign" and the stock dropped over 20% that very day with average to low volume. I would speculate that may be why the third party didnt want to pay it, but its pure speculation on my part. It seemed like a bad deal all the way around and ended in disaster for the shorts. The longs prevailed in the end.
