Did anyone else notice that they "mistakenly" didn't post the current Prefereds outstanding..... instead they used 2010 and 2009.

I think we need to know how many preferreds are currently outstanding since they usually carry hefty voting rights for the holder.




My advisor is a diabolical genius, no army needed.
