OMG! Thank you so much for sharing this, I just got off the phone with TD Waterhouse to cancel the buy order of 50K shares @0.20 after reading your post. For some reasons, it did not allow me to cancel using the online tool so I immediately called the broker, he couldn't do it either and tried a few times and finally got through, however, it said "pending cancel" so he said it should be canceled by the next business day, otherwise, I have to call back tomorrow morning before the market opens and request to cancel again.

I was alerted by one of the investment firms this morning but tried to be cautious so I placed the buy order below the previous day's closing price just to be on the safe side. Thanks again for alerting this and good luck investing!
