the big advantage bcit had over most dtcc disputes (supposedly) was the "naked short" issue did not have to come into play. the "chill" was the only thing holding megas back. at least that's the way it was pitched a few years back. megas has never tried litigation to remove it. he has never explained to s/h's why this was not attempted. guessing that lawyers told him not to is not a reason.

btw i thought megas was supposed to be rich
