pickard, if the previous board had knowledge and
proof of fraud, i.e. forged signatures or anything
else that would be illegal, I don't understand why
someone has not stepped forward and taken that info
to the authorities. Its been almost nine months now
and I don't see anyone in jail. If all they have
against Fisher is claiming they did not get paid,
thats pretty weak. I hope they have more than that.
