Larry Liang went to the China mining conference two months ago and now he is the President of Liberty Star. It has been well-documented that the Chinese don't like middlemen and prefer to deal with decision makers directly.

I'm not saying a Chinese JV is inevitable, but reason implies we are moving in that direction, and we are most logical to speculate that it is North Pipes they are interested in.
