Well no surprise, but the likely conclusion that ends in jail time for those who ran this scam will likely not happen. The likely outcome is disgorgement of ill gotten gains along with a permanent ban from participating in any stock. That is the sad truth in this, the only way I see jail time occurring is if someone can produce documents showing identity theft or forgery. The stock is done, it has been crippled and now only a few brokerages allow trading of it. I suspect it will be revoked soon enough.
