Did you not read the 8-K or 10-Q? It stated in both that management was anticipating multiple acquisitions and also stated that prefered shares would be issued for them. Also, (and this part is my opinion) did you happen to not see that the Preferred shares are larger and maxed right now?? Giving me the opinion that perhaps the acquisitions have already taken place and TEMN is just waiting for their mgmt shares to free up so when it runs they can make money as well as us!!!!
