And I don't like the word play that we've been getting lately...as they announce that they are changing their position on distributing unrestricted shares for the dividend to appease the shareholders concerned with dilution, and while they tell us that the shares will come from the company Treasury, and while they tell us that all insiders still hold their shares, and while they cryptically tell us that shares were used in the recent oil field transactions, they had just raised the AS another 1B...why? If additional shares from the previously AS count of 2B were not being sold into the market either by the company or by JV partners or PR firms, then why the need for yet another 1B?
