Your acting like its the end of WRIT. Lawsuits get filed all the time. What this does is waste our managements time and money. The good is that it got put off the end of April, giving WRIT time to put their business plan in motion and getting our share price up.
I'm going to sit tight and see what happens. It may be another penny that goes bust but I like the concept and the experienced management team. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see where this goes, IMHO.
