We had this discussion a while back, there may be a stickied thread with this and it had a lot to do with coal to oil conversion, which is the most important egg laid here. If this cracks and we have a golden goose - it'll be gravy train for those who got on board.

But again, the ball is in managements court, they need to get this train moving again.
