I don't mind my 5m holding reduces to one mil if 1/5 r/s(as shareholder suggesting to CEO) happen.the good news for me after r/s is o/s will reduce to 500m and 1/2 of that owns by CEO.SEEK with 500m o/s PPS will be in pennies with any success story.you explain to me how pps will move to pennies with 2.5 bil o/s ? WITH 2.5 BIL O/S each penny means market cap of $25m and pps of .10 means 250m market cap.instead pps of .10 with 500m means only 50m market cap(make sense).
