I saw the CNBC report on financing related to this industry. The vaccum seems to be there IMHO for their type of financing. The value of Real Estate outside of the U.S. Seems of late interest to many investors for many reasons including taxes(Well mostly taxes,Ha!Ha!). Some places are enjoying 20 to 50 % increase in months, I.E. El Salvador, Nicaragua, Belize.. On the other side of the world, India, enjoying many companies' customer services and production sites, IMO, it is obvious that the need for growth is there not only from the increase in income but from the outside money coming in.

Never see failure as failure, but only as a learning experience..
