Yes I do and Yes a link can be developed in 5 minutes. My concern is where the pre-orders are coming from. If you have to develop a link then the link does not exist and there is not a way to pre-order unless it is by other means. So my questions are

1) Does a link exist?
2) Does a phone line exist?
3) Can you only order from the games?
4) What are multiple orders per day?
If they are getting two a day thats only 60 a month or 1,500.
5) What were the expectiations?
6) Is this a Europe only thing for now?

The PR is postive but at the same time very vague.
