CHEYENNE1, how do you know there will be a CC? I didn't see anything about it other than a post from QUICKDRAW?

Much of what has been spread on this board is hearsay and innuendo. If QUICKDRAW is owed money, I agree that he should be paid.

However, I am sure you are aware that there is a way to be a 'PR terrorist' and create so much negativity - whether what is posted is true or not - that the company is more afraid of a backlash on the market than standing on their own merits.

It is a shame that it would appear that both QUICKDRAW and PHAR IR are revealing their true character.

It's a shame.
It's a shame for us as investors.
It's a shame for the company and an embarassment.
It's a shame for the population who would really benefit from a product like Aquaprin and Instaprin.

Note a portion of the email I received from IR of Pharmstar on 6/7/2011

When dealing with Pinksheets, the listed company is usually in a mode of constant promotion to raise PPS and sell into that. That is very expensive and short lived, but that company will realize its goals in fund raising, or it will do it again. We do not do that. There is no doubt that there is value to the company to have its share price increase, and subsequently reflect a better market capitalization, the cost of hiring promoters and the risk of alienating real investors seems too great. For instance, we could hire a campaign promoter for $20,000. That promoter would go out and churn the stock up to maybe .04 per share. Some will sell and make a profit, some will buy and hold, some will sell and lose. But the company will do nothing but spend $20,000. As you can see, we can't find the gain to warrant the expense.

I wonder what had changed their mind to use the fine, upstanding, high-quality, individuals who do these 'awareness programs' since they have such stellar character?

I voiced my displeasure when it had begun in July because I held this email which had assured me that PHAR would never do that.

IMO, both the IR of PHAR and the 'Awareness Company' has revealed themselves as questionable people who cannot keep their word.

I hate what is going on, but company IR is at fault, IMO, for dealing with shady people like this! Especially after I was assured they never would.

I wouldn't be surprised if the 'awareness people' frontloaded and dumped on the day they were promoting - that is usually what happens

All The Best

This is you, if you don't do your DD for yourself - so don't just listen to me!

Aaahhh, yes...the old penny ploy
