I for one like to gamble and have hit huge gains also with a few pennies but lost big on others. Just don't put in what you can't lose. How much do you spend of those profits in Casinos? Shouldn't we take that off or gains?

I also bought GOOG as soon as a could but got in a little higher than you did but sold off at 230 which is higher than I felt it could maintain (Maybe 210 with the numbers they turned in but I doubt that even). Your right though it was a nice profit. Once it popped up to near 300 (Look at the trailing P/E) I shorted it.

A search engine is not worth that much especially when MSFT is about to put the clamps on the same market.
