It must be a terrible responsibility owning a pink sheet company.
You don't know who to trust outside of yourself. There is probably a ton of nasty people approaching you with ways to do things. There is know way of knowing what a transfer agent is until you ask or check with the SEC like we ourselves check with the BBB. When something is in the open there is no where to run. You've got to fulfill your obligation. I expect the divies to be paid.
