SEA DRAGON ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTORS
AND STOCK OPTION GRANT
CALGARY, ALBERTA, July 13, 2011, - Sea Dragon Energy Inc. (“Sea Dragon” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: SDX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Olivier Serra and Mr. Ken Fitzgerald to the Corporation’s Board of Directors at its most recent Shareholders Meeting held on June 28, 2011.
Olivier Serra has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation since June 1, 2010. Prior thereto since 2006, he was the Managing Director and head of Oil & Gas Upstream Europe, Middle-East, Africa Group at BNP Paribas bank in Paris.
Ken Fitzgerald has been an Independent management consultant from 2009 to present. Prior thereto from 1991 to 2009, he was the President of Ferma Resources Limited, a private chemical engineering and management consulting firm.
The Corporation also announces that it has granted stock options to purchase up to 5,950,000 common shares of the Corporation to certain officers and directors of the Corporation and stock options to purchase up to 2,110,000 common shares of the Corporation to employees and consultants of the Corporation. The options have an exercise price of $0.13 per common share and expire on July 8, 2016.
