Family of 5, everyone gets PG installed on their phones, everyone gets extra case sized power pack to carry around, each only get 13 hrs total power. All so they can limit what their phones can do. Hard to see that happening.
The fremium app has been out a month now, and iphone just a few days, I'm hearing most people who installed it uninstalled it the next day.
There has to be a better solution to the battery issue.
I want this app to work and keep people safe but it has to be convenient to use.
Other apps that drain your battery are mostly games, fun apps. People always pay extra for fun. Hard to get people to pay for an app 'limiting' use of a phone if it's not easy and convenient for them to use.
It would be interesting to hear what the company or PG customer tech support has to say about this issue. Maybe they have a better solution or can say what solution they are working on. There are some here that have inside company contacts-maybe they can get some answers.
