If we have the best property of any junior miner out there, why is the partner about to walk? Sure, we can speculate the partner is not about to walk, but why would medinah be telling us they need to wait until the 20 day dead line is over before they vacate the deal? Isn't it pretty clear that they are preparing us for the deal to go south? And if the property is so great, why would they chose a partner that cannot complete the deal after over 7 months? One can argue that JJ is a shrewd negotiator, and always waits out for the best deal. But what is the point of any of this shrewdness, if the deals never materialize, and there is always yet another, even bigger deal in the works? And when the deal goes south in ten business days, will we be happy because he got us any even bigger deal? Wouldn't it be safe to assume JJ will never close a mining deal because he is so shrewd, that the partners always walk away? If the deal goes south in 10 business days, after repeatedly being told the partners were ready to fork over the cash, isn't it safe to say this is all just one big scam?
