There is nothing of value to buy out. If the company had value, they would have been able to do private placements and not have to get money from loan sharks.

This company was dead when Jade walked away and the loans and all the hype just allowed MacLellan to maintain his salary for another two years at your expense.

There is no "out" at this point. Revenue is all that could save them and that isn't going to happen. If the company is still around in November, it will be selling for less than a tenth of a penny.

So the answer to your question is ... Never.
