I am very comfortable with my money here, I never thought the NC deal was a stk/cd play. No question that NC is partially responsible for HSN agreement. I have some limited exp dealing with HSN and it is not an easy contract to obtain. They deal with nothing requiring products/contractual service until all fin, inventory, ins/bonding are in place and the potential for great sales. They do some serious demographic marketing/surveying via their current and potential customer base prior to contracting.
