I usually BUY using my own little equation of A/S compared to PPS.

1 Billion means I want it in the .001 area

100 Million means .01 area

Just seems to be the safe zone. I miss out on some like this but I stay safe this way usually as well. Which means that even if i buy wrong I can usually get out even with any luck.

The thought behind the theory is that a 1 Billion A/S turns into a 1 Billion float real quickly and I should still be able to get out even with a little luck.

That one looks good to me but I would wait a little longer before i bought in and if I miss it, I miss it. Looks good though, IMO.
