I made these predictions for the next 10-Q:
For the Quarter that ended August 31.

- 15% or less revenue increase
- 120 million shares outstanding
- $1M+ loss.

I also predicted that the company would reach its 150M shares limit during the current quarter, even before they post their 10-Q. They thus would announce a Reverse Split within the next 45 days.
