The debt restructuring is FAR from being complete; only 2 quarters have gone by and the debt conversion will last 8 quarters (2 years). So only one quarter (at best) of the debt has been sold to shareholders as dilutive shares.

As of PVSP last 10-Q, their total debt including liabilities was $18.8M.
The quarter before that, it was $18.4M.
So, their debt is not even going down so far !

PVSP can look forward to one and a half more year of constant share dilution.
The next step we will all see is how PVSP will handle the busting of their 150M shares ceiling.
They will probably chose to proceed to another Reverse Split. They did one last year, and their stock price tanked from $0.70 to $0.01

My own guesstimate is that they must have reached about 120,000,000 outstanding shares around August 31.
After the R/S last year, they started with 3.3 million shares, that was only 12 months ago...
