Yeh well, and still, whatever we may say there are 7.5% shares on the shelf's of these 3 buyers, no matter what deal they did. And I cannot emphasize it sufficiently "they didn't/won't/can't/haven't done any deal at all if the pss dives". In that case they give it all back or make a loss.

And again, quit that shorting theory and the statement they already made their money by shorting upfront!
1) could not have been with options (there aren't/wheren't any Puts)
2) The reported short interest hasn't gone up for more then 100K shares
3) The short interest still to be reported WILL NOT go up the needed million of shares to make this story work otherwise the undeliverables count should have gone sky-rocking the past weeks and they did not, see for yourself
4) There is no off-shore whatever that can short while we cannot. Shorting is regulated on/off on up tick the same for everyone according rule of the main exchange on which the stock is quoted (NASDAQ in our case)
5) ES lost the most of all. Dart next, then the Inst. Inv. and then us. But did you loose unless you sold? No. Bad for traders, just a curve for investors.

So from their we can say that every single share was covered, not maybe covered but 100% sure covered and therefor their is ALWAYS a looser in the conspiracy (if you think it is one). That means they need someone that is sufficiently stupid to risk 7 Milj $ whiteout knowing he is going to loose them because whatever share have been dumped in the two past peeks by shorting belong to someone that FOR SURE didn't cover them with options.

Then may I remind that, except for a general RED day, 9 cent of our yesterdays losses have been made by 200 share in Pre-hours. Put that in perspective.

That is what I believe and find to have at least some ground for the statement without just launching it like a rocket from which the guidance system has been removed!
