For all those that believe that the sale of the European Operation to Denverson will create a financial windfall to SFIO I can say "Good Luck".

* no single $ cash in the bank!!!
* US$ 3,000,000 cum. losses!!!
It looks not only SFIO is no brainer but Denverson as well
