The banks should counter sue and add Dodd and Frank and their old political cronnies that were running Fannie and Freddie to the suit for good measure. What the heck are they thinking suing these banks for just doing what they were told to do by the Fed Govt and the timing of the economy being n the brink of another collapse to boot?
