So the same thing will happen here: A lamp post here another there to small building companies, maybe a couple to Bladensburg, but no big contract (needle changing). Ike Sutton is going to bleed SAVW to death because his primary interest is having the convertible debt repaid (at the expense of the common shareholder). That convertible debt is guaranteed to give him very nice returns.
Common shareholders only make money if SAVW makes money and develops some value. The risk is all on the common shareholder and there's no incentive in this set-up for management to perform and sell more than a minimal amount of product. They're not tied to the same risk-reward system you are.
Understanding the detail of the documents is why I and the few people that listened to me made lots of money at GOIG while most lost. I'll do it here too. If you don't believe me, go post on that board on iHub and Yahoo and ask there.
If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
