One person, the CEO owns 78% of the shares and they were resticted shares. I don't beleive he could sell those shares. They only had $60,000 in debts left on their books. Maybe they issued some shares to clear off the last of the debt. As far as what another post was talking about, I have no idea. Ask them. They can't keep things a secret forever here....as soon as the next filing comes out we'll know for sure. Why guess?
