I know that negotiatipns are in progress but if the outcome will be positive for shs how this is going to be handled. Is cprk going to buy back all the shares and then issue new shares for up to 3% of CS or shareholders equity will increase by negotiated sum of money. I am not sue of you can hypothethically answer this q.
If not i'll wait till por.
