Has it even dipped below 35 today? If people had their bids in at 20, like you suggested, they completely missed the boat.

The fear-mongering is over...people are aware that this is a non-issue. And like I said to you earlier...

I seriously doubt it makes it there. It looks like we've already hit bottom. It may sneak down to the low to mid 3's but I really don't think you're going to see any 2's today, let alone 2-0
