This is the updated FAQ in GDTtek website:
http://www.gdttek.com/faq.php

Q) I tried to buy the stock through my broker TD Ameritrade and they said that I have to buy stock right from the Company, is that true?
A) No you don't have to buy stock from the company. You do have to find a broker that trades stocks under $.01. Many rules and policies have been changed that make trading stock under $.10 expensive or impossible. The clearing costs for stocks have gone up dramatically for sub ten cent stocks and for this reason clearing houses like Penson are choosing to close accounts that carry sub ten cent stocks. Illiquidity charges can run 10 to 20 times the price of the stock. These charges vary depending on previous volume. This money is held only as collateral but it ties up the money for a few days until the stock is cleared. This can potentially tie up all the funds of the clearing house and they don't want that risk. This is why they have put the pressure on sub penny stock to recapitalize the stock to get the price over $.10. CNS which is part of the depository trust company has implemented these illiquidity charges. Its a complicated process but basically the ultimate end result is public companies will need to reverse split their stock or miss out on a lot of potential trading.

There is an RS pressure

Q) Would you consider a stock buy back option from the company?
A) Yes the Company would consider the buy back but there a lot of factors that could impact that decision.

There is a buy back plan

Q) It was stated once that there were almost 100 Mega Watts of Power Purchase agreements available to be signed, If that is so who are they with and why haven’t they been signed?
A) Our #1 focus has been to raise the capital and install the current 9MW of PPA's. We have a solar project with Barry Swenson that could generate 100MW on its own and several more landfills that would be similar to the current 6 PPA's with Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E).

Getting operation to start is the main focus.

Q) When will the Company be current with its filings?
A) All the 10Q's for Sept 30, 2010-December 31, 2010 and March 31 will be filed before the end of September 2011.
The 10K for June 30, 2011 will be filed before the end of October 2011.

An uplist plan is near.
