UTOG certainly making it clear to shareholders that uplisting is their CORPORATE priority. So if last week the company answered the additional comments that FINRA had, that would of started the 10-day clock over. Providing they have satisfied FINRA with their answers to these last comments, I see an uplist for us in the very near future.

Hmmm, so FINRA just needed clarification on some property acquisitions? You would think the SEC could of just picked up the phone and inquired instead of suspending UTOG's trading. But why would I think anything that the SEC does makes sense? I wonder if they'll destroy the paperwork after this Q&A session is over?
