Pretty amazing supposition, especially since the company has several other projects in the works in MA and elsewhere. Why isn't it a more logical assumption that the company will use the money to advance/complete other projects and make even more money? They seem to have demonstrated a track record of sticking with a project to its completion here in NH - why would you imagine they would "take the money and run" when much more money can be made by completing the projects they are already into?
