Congressman Update-

Danielle from Congressman Hal Rogers office called me back. She stated that she contacted all of their offices and NO ONE Has ever heard of Global Energy, and that they couldn't find any permits that have been filed in Knotts County for any mines for Samual Coal Properties. Hal Rogers has NOT been working with them for these new 100 jobs.

She requested I contact the Sec of State office-Land Div which I did. I am waiting to here back from them. I specifically asked them if permits were issued as stated in AUG 31 PR.

If there are no permits issued, I am filing a complaint with the SEC to have GLER investigated. I will get to the bottom of this.
