All miners are like that. They go through phases until production. Each phase takes a 1-2 years. As for cash of mere $700. That's fine. Company sells shares whenever they need money and use it right away. Company has been very moderate when it comes to dilution. A total of 45mm shares have been diluted in the past 6 years. Extremely good rate.
