Actually, I think most people just don't want to get it. Everyone seems to like to think that some blue ribbon panel in D.C. will make everything right. In reality, companies will start hiring ONLY when they can't meet demand with the current staff and not before. And if they can meet the demand with cheaper labor, that's what is going to happen.

I think it's more than just a bit ironic that the CEO of one of the greatest jobs exporter companies in the U.S. has been chosen to lead the president's Jobs Council.
