I'm still watching like many others with ALL of my millions of shares and waiting for more announcements.

As far as the "Death Spiral", I have no knowledge of it other than what was just posted. However, with MMTE I am not sure it applies to the convertible debt offering because like with my shares, the company still has them. To my knowledge no one has received their shares yet since the first deals were in early 2011.
