Of course you would respond that way. The operative word is "legitimate"

Additionally, what has been presented here that is fraudulent?

As far as I can tell, only the truth has been dealt with.

Rememeber this as well, that it was not very long ago that many of us were ardent supporters of this company. That hardly qualifies some of us as "bashers". More like disillusioned investors.
