It has been done, repeatedly by Rico. Computing market cap and reading charts are worthless when dilution occurs. And this is not a shell play. Rico has no interest in merging with another company. He wants investors to believe the companies future is in ATM's. How profitable can that be? His mortgage business is already toast as he has had 3 years and failed at that.

This is a shell in one respect. It is a company with no value and absolutely nothing to justify this recent increase in pps except hype.
