Well then, Asher must be done until that 6th note date, which I think AAVG can get conventional financing to remove (just like SKAS did with B of A) before the date. He couldn't report anything until it is official anyways. I think they close up a deal in the next 2-3 weeks and take out Asher and the final Redlands note.
