Whoever Rico is selling his shares to could be using NITE. And just because the TA isn't gagged doesn't mean Rico is being transparent because when he prints and sells his new shares nobody can confirm it from the TA until the next day.

So be careful buying into the excitement. There is nothing to support this bump other than new investors are buying right now and Rico isn't dumping (yet!).
