American Community Development Group, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets: ACYD) today announced that it is pleased to add qualified operators of transitional housing to the advisory and operations team.
Mr. William Kaborycha and Ms. Christine Mengals were the original founders of West Coast Serenity House and developed their successful drug and alcohol program from a single property to over 7 transitional housing units. They are also assisting the Company to expand its relationships with various government, private and nonprofit agencies, which will increase the number of clients served and revenue.
Management believes that our recent property additions will require specific experience to manage the continued growth and expansion opportunities presented. Cost control and operations management are critical during this period.
The addition of 36 more residents to the current capacity increases revenues as we get closer to profitability and prepare to become an audited and reporting company on the Pinksheets.
Since 2008, American Community Development Group, Inc. (ACYD.PK) is a socially responsible public company that specializes in real estate investment.
