ENTI/PTEL still at no bid. If ENTI/PTEL were being NSed wouldn't the prudent thing to do by the CEO is ask the DOJ/SEC to investigate their findings(and provide proof that they did ask for an investigation)? If the FINRA numbers are to be interpreted the way some interpret them, it would be a slam dunk win. No ENTI/PTEL and the rest of the scams wont ask for DOJ/SEC intervention because the true fraudsters will be easily spotted.
