The HOP 1806: blast from the past:

January 7, 2005 Hop-On Takes the Low Road to Wireless
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,1749277,00.asp

The HOP 1806 is a tiny mini-phone, looking a lot like the Panasonic GD55. It's cute, stylish, and inexpensive ($50 before subsidy). It's launching in the Caribbean and Mexico, and Hop-On says it's looking at T-Mobile as a possible U.S. carrier.
One product we hadn't seen before is Hop-On's cellular home phone, which the company said it's talking about selling through Radio Shack – as long as they get a carrier for it, of course. The unit looks just like a regular landline unit, but it's actually a CDMA cellular phone. With a price tag of $80, it's for people who don't have landlines any more but want to keep the look and feel of a landline phone.
Hop-On is also taking its low-end production model to high-end phones, though we'll have to see how that works out. The company has a stylish, skinny square cameraphone called "the Blade," phones with color screens, and even, amazingly, a Windows Smartphone with a 1.3 megapixel camera and a big screen. All of these models will cost less than the competition, Hop-On says.

In is unclear how much money HPNN lost selling the HOp 1860 in 2005.

In 2004, The company lost ($6.5M) on sales of $4.4M
In the 6 first months of 2005, the company lost ($2.3M) on $5.2M of sales.
The financial report for 2005 is unavailable.
No 2006 financial report.
There are two contradictory 2007 financial reports.
The first one claims that, during Q2, 2007 sales were $780K, and the net loss ($700k)
The second, 2007 annual report, claims that during the whole of 2007, sales were $0, and the loss ($227K)

I'm sure that, as soon they get their books examined, their auditors will set them straight.
Straight to jail, preferably.
