probably a short-seller that shorted above $5 and figures now's a good time to book the profit. Probably has a standing order to buy to close 7 million shares in nothing larger than 500 block trades at ten cents or less. If CORX had anything positive happening, the price would be higher. Don't put too much thought into it.
