I can't say that I have much experience but I've been involved with deals worth 10 mil (which is what we sold 60% of our big chunk claims for) and it can be a excruciatingly drug out if one side decides to drag it's feet. I wouldn't be surprised if the other side is toying with us right now due to our claim fees being due and knowing we need the money. My guess is that there is only one (Chinese) company negotiating with us at the time. Then again, maybe the side that is stalling is LBSR. I could see JB reevaluating the deal now that he found this "major" discovery. I would think they could put a plan together to start drilling the area that is ready and then put a separate package together for this new discovery , but I doubt they care enough about shareholders to do that kind of hard work. It would be much easier to lump it all together and continue to pay MLV while we wait on JB to do research on his new discovery. If it is the other side, they are just trying to stall until LBSR implodes and we should tell them to take it or leave it. If it is LBSR, JB and LL need to start doing some proving.
